I'm Tim Coyle, and I'm the person behind PEMF Recovery Lab.
I didn't create this website because I consider myself an expert in PEMF therapy. I created it because I became interested in the technology, started using it myself, and wanted to learn more about what PEMF might have to offer.
As I researched PEMF, I found that there is a lot of information available—but also a lot of exaggerated claims. I wanted to take a different approach: learn, ask questions, pay attention to the research, and share my own experience honestly.

Why PEMF
My interest in PEMF became personal when I began using the OlyLife P90+. Over time, I noticed changes in several areas of my own life that caught my attention.
I've experienced improvements in my energy and have been able to stay active. I've also gone months without the lower back pain that had been part of my life for years. My blood pressure has also changed significantly, and I've documented that experience on this website.
I recognize that my experience is just that—my experience. It doesn't mean everyone will experience the same results, and I don't believe personal stories should replace scientific research or professional medical advice.
