My Experience With the OlyLife P90+: What I've Noticed So Far

Introduction

When I first started using the OlyLife P90+, I wasn't expecting it to change my daily life in any dramatic way. I was simply interested in PEMF technology and wanted to see what I might notice from making it part of my regular wellness routine.

Over time, however, I've noticed several changes that have surprised me. Some are difficult to measure, while others are things I can actually track.

I want to share them here simply as my personal experience—not as proof that someone else will have the same results.

My Blood Pressure Experience

One of the most unexpected changes has been my blood pressure.

I had been taking blood pressure medication for more than six years. After monitoring my blood pressure and working with my physician, I was able to come off the medication.

What really caught my attention happened during a recent nine-day vacation.

I didn't use the P90+ at all during the trip.

When I returned, my blood pressure was still 116/73.

That was encouraging to me because it suggested that whatever was contributing to my improved readings wasn't simply something that happened immediately after a P90+ session.

At the same time, I can't say that the P90+ caused the improvement. There were other factors in my life that could have contributed, and I believe it's important to be honest about that distinction.

I continue to monitor my blood pressure regularly.

I Have More Energy

Another change I've noticed is my energy level.

I find myself doing things around the house that I normally wouldn't get around to doing.

I'll clean the garage.

I'll wash the car.

I'll start a project simply because I have the energy and motivation to do it.

None of these things sounds particularly dramatic, but when you notice that you're becoming more active and getting more things done without having to push yourself, you notice the difference.

For me, that's been one of the most enjoyable parts of this experience.

My Lower Back Is No Longer a Daily Problem

Perhaps the biggest change I've noticed is with my lower back.

For years, I dealt with recurring lower back discomfort. It was something I had gradually learned to live with.

After using the P90+ consistently, I eventually realized that I wasn't thinking about my back nearly as much.

Today, I haven't experienced significant lower back pain for months.

I'm able to play golf, stay active, and go about my daily activities without the chronic discomfort that had been part of my life for years.

Again, I can't say with certainty that the P90+ is responsible. But I can honestly say that the improvement happened during the period when I incorporated it into my daily wellness routine.

That's why I've chosen to document it.

What Happened During My Vacation?

The nine-day break from the P90+ actually gave me an interesting opportunity.

I went on vacation and didn't use the device at all.

When I returned, I noticed that my blood pressure remained at 116/73, and my lower back continued to feel good.

That doesn't prove anything scientifically, but it was an interesting observation for me.

It also reinforced something I've tried to keep in mind throughout this journey: I'm observing my experience rather than trying to force a particular conclusion.

What I've Learned

The biggest lesson for me has been to pay attention.

When you're younger, you may take energy, mobility, and feeling good for granted. As you get older, you become much more aware of changes in how you feel and what you're able to do.

The P90+ has become part of my regular wellness routine, and I've experienced changes that I didn't expect when I started.

I'm not suggesting that everyone will experience the same things.

I'm simply documenting what has happened to me.

And I'll continue to do that as I learn more.

My Approach to PEMF

My goal with PEMF Recovery Lab isn't to convince everyone that PEMF therapy is right for them.

I want to share information, explain what I've learned, and document my own experience as honestly as I can.

The research is important. Personal experiences are interesting. Neither one should replace good judgment or professional medical advice.

For me, the most meaningful result has simply been this:

I feel better, I have more energy, I'm staying active, and my lower back no longer limits me the way it once did.

That's worth paying attention to.
